Responsibilities

Support the organization's strategic business objectives, process outcomes and decisions by analytical insights
Work backwards from business outcomes to analytics tasks to metrics problems and to data problems; create insights accordingly
Collaborate with business leaders and users to optimize data-driven business processes
Provide reliable, accurate, timely reporting for operations activities and leadership decision making
Design complex, scalable analytics
Build reports and dashboards using Amazon QuickSight
Identify, evaluate, and implement automation opportunities, incl. AI technology; continuously enhance analytics while reducing manual effort
Represent Healthcare Analytics in business reviews and provide data-driven recommendations to business and process leaders

Required

5+ years of Excel (including VBA, pivot tables, array functions, power pivots, etc.) and data visualization tools such as Tableau experience
5+ years of business or financial analysis experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
Experience with SQL
Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders

Preferred

3+ years of solving problems with technology in the Healthcare/Life Sciences Industry experience
