Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive U.S. sales strategy for solar PV and energy storage products, aligned with company goals
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with distributors, installers, developers, utilities, and large-scale customers
Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, partners, and industry stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and expand the local sales team to achieve targets and foster a high-performance culture
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to adjust strategies and capture emerging opportunities
Collaborate with marketing, product management, and technical support teams to ensure customer needs are met and market feedback is incorporated
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and regular performance reports for senior management
Represent the company at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business or Electric Engineering or related field
Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the solar PV and/or energy storage industry
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing market share in the U.S. renewable energy market
Strong existing network with U.S.-based distributors, EPCs, developers, distribution channels, utilities, or corporate energy buyers
In-depth understanding of U.S. energy policies, incentives, market dynamics, and customer segments
Excellent leadership, negotiation, communication, and presentation skills
Ability to travel domestically up to 50% of the time
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Master Degree is a plus
