Responsibilities
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for specialized Digital Data Center positions, from initial requisition to offer negotiation and closing
Source, screen, and engage highly technical candidates, including Data Engineers, Hardware Technicians, Network Engineers , and related roles
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, technical job boards, industry networks, and passive candidate outreach
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements, team needs, and organizational culture
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Maintain accurate and timely reporting on recruiting metrics and pipeline status
Provide consultative advice to hiring managers on market trends, compensation, and competitive intelligence
Qualification
Required
3+ years of progressive experience in technical full-cycle recruiting
Must have direct, recent experience recruiting for Digital Data Center roles (e.g., Data Engineering, Network Engineering, Hardware/Server Technician roles)
Proven ability to manage and close multiple complex requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and consultation skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
This is an ONSITE position. Must be based in the Austin, TX metropolitan area, or able to manage a daily commute up to 30 miles to Austin
