Responsibilities

Build, automate, and optimize deployment pipelines and cloud infrastructure across AWS and Azure

Lead scalable automation initiatives, including infrastructure-as-code, monitoring, observability, and performance engineering

Design and support containerized environments using Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift

Enhance deployment architecture, reliability, and operational efficiency through best-in-class DevOps practices

Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and IT teams to ensure smooth deployments and timely issue resolution

Establish governance for deployment specifications, documentation, and environment configurations

Troubleshoot complex deployment issues and drive continuous improvement across systems and processes

Support backend systems, Java deployments, and database integrations including MySQL and Oracle

Strengthen monitoring, alerting, and performance analytics using tools such as Prometheus, Nagios, and Hyperic

Required

5+ years of DevOps experience in a cloud-native SaaS environment

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

Ability to work rotational shifts including morning, general, night and weekend schedules

Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and able to meet U.S. government access and background investigation requirements applicable to all U.S. federal agencies and FedRAMP-authorized environments

Linux administration expertise (Ubuntu, Red Hat, CentOS)

Strong experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms and infrastructure management

Expertise in container orchestration technologies including Docker, Kubernetes, and OpenShift

Hands-on automation experience with Jenkins, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, and Terraform

Experience with messaging systems such as Kafka and Pulsar

Strong knowledge of version control tools including GitLab, GitHub, SVN, and Bitbucket

Proficiency with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Hyperic, Nagios, Cacti, Munin, and Ganglia + Prometheus, Grafana, ElasticSearch APM, PingDom & Nagios

Experience with Java deployments, Apache Tomcat, and HTTP Server

Strong scripting skills using Python, Shell, Groovy, and PowerShell

MLOps experience including model deployment, lifecycle management, pipeline automation, and monitoring

MongoDB, Qdrant, PostGress
