Responsibilities

Manage documentation and processing for the most complex and high-value loan requests

Oversee all aspects of application input, package development, and transmittals

Direct and coordinate orders for title, appraisals, and related services for strategic clients

Lead all activities through the request for documents stage for assigned relationships

Coordinate closing and funding, including setting closing dates and managing logistics

Mentor, train, and provide guidance to junior and senior lending assistants

Participate in the review and update of team policies and procedures as requested by leadership

Serve as a liaison between lenders, clients, and internal departments

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and compliance

Represent the team in meetings and special projects

Ensure all denial communications are handled in accordance with policy and regulation

Maintain expert-level knowledge of commercial lending processes and regulatory requirements

Compliance with any and all BSA/AML/CFT and Sanctions requirements set forth by Bank Policy and Procedure, including but not limited to timely completion of assigned training
