Seasonal Part-Time Sales Associate

MINISO USA is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to provide exceptional customer service and maintain store presentation during peak seasons. The role involves assisting customers, managing sales floor operations, and supporting visual merchandising standards to enhance the shopping experience.

Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly and deliver a friendly, engaging shopping experience
Answer product questions, provide suggestions, and assist customers in locating merchandise
Process customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges according to store policy
Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
Replenish inventory, restock shelves, and ensure product availability
Support execution of visual merchandising guidelines to reflect brand standards
Operate the cash register accurately and efficiently
Handle cash, credit, and other payment transactions while maintaining accuracy and preventing errors
Promote and enroll customers in the MINISO Membership Program
Use POS systems to apply promotions and check inventory as needed
Follow all store policies, procedures, and safety guidelines
Support team members and management with additional assigned tasks
Maintain a professional, respectful, and collaborative attitude at all times
Ability to engage with customers in a friendly, helpful, and professional manner
Strong verbal communication skills for clear and effective customer interactions
Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed
Adheres to store policies and procedures
Supports management with additional tasks as assigned
Maintains a professional and respectful demeanor with customers and colleagues
Demonstrates reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent required
