Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Sr. Graphic Designer, Senior Social Media Specialist, and other internal partners to conceptualize and execute graphic design projects that align with marketing strategies

Design and produce a variety of digital and print assets, including social media graphics, email templates, website visuals, presentations, and promotional materials

Assist in creating and maintaining a digital asset library of templates, graphics, and other design resources

Support content creation efforts by conceptualizing and designing visuals for video, photography, and social media campaigns

Stay up-to-date on design trends, competitor activity, and platform best practices to ensure fresh and relevant creative output

Partner with analytics teams to evaluate the performance of design assets and adapt creative strategies to optimize engagement and effectiveness

Push creative boundaries while maintaining brand consistency and standards

Qualification

Required

Currently pursuing a degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, or a related field

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or similar design tools

Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout

A collaborative mindset with excellent interpersonal communication skills

A curious and proactive approach to learning and staying ahead of design and digital trends

Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects under guidance

Receptive to feedback and able to adjust work accordingly

A sense of ownership and pride in your work and its impact on company success

Preferred

Familiarity with Premiere Pro and After Effects is a bonus

Familiarity with social media trends and digital marketing strategies is a plus
