Account reconciliations
Lead the daily management of the small accounting team
Ensure compliance standards
Prepare and oversee journal entries
Strengthen internal controls
Allocate and calculate direct and projected costs across their programs and grants
Collaborate with leadership
Streamline processes and reduce risks
Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with the company’s goals
Qualification
Required
5+ years of financial expertise in the non-profit sector
Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or related field
Preferred
Either a CPA or CMA or actively pursuing exams preferred
