Commercial Sales Professional

Responsibilities
Generate Sales Leads: You’ll create new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and maintaining strong relationships with current commercial accounts, including property management companies and businesses
Account Acquisition and Growth: Target and acquire new commercial accounts while maintaining and growing existing relationships to increase Northwest’s business year-over-year
Sell Northwest Services: Promote and sell a variety of Northwest’s commercial services, ensuring that all documentation aligns with company standards
Relationship Building: You’ll build and strengthen relationships with both internal and external customers to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty
Ongoing Learning: Attend regular training sessions and continuing education programs to stay on top of industry trends and enhance your skills
Safety First: Always maintain a safety-first mindset when operating company vehicles and equipment
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Sales experience required; B2B sales experience is preferred
Valid driver's license
Ability to work independently
Lift and carry up to 50 lbs
Ability to use a ladder within manufacturer's weight capacity
Work safely in crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, and rooftops
Ability to work in all weather conditions
Preferred
Sales & Property Management experience preferred!
Property Management experience a PLUS
