Online Key Account Manager

Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive account strategies that drive revenue, margin expansion, and long-term online channel growth
Partner with customer leadership to identify growth opportunities and shape joint business plans
Manage P&L responsibility for assigned online accounts, optimizing sales, inventory, and profitability
Serve as a digital thought leader—driving best practices in online merchandising, content strategy, and digital shelf optimization
Analyze POS, digital traffic, conversion, and promotional performance to identify trends and actionable insights
Leverage data analytics tools to evaluate performance, refine tactics, and inform future strategies
Create and deliver regular sales, margin, and KPI performance reports with strategic commentary and recommendations
Partner with global business, brand, and eCommerce marketing teams to develop and execute promotional and product strategies that align with both customer and company goals
Collaborate with product development and supply chain teams to ensure new product launches, pricing, and availability meet online customer requirements
Work closely with brand management and product management teams to support a robust digital product roadmap and channel strategy
Serve as the primary point of contact for online retail accounts, building strong partnerships at all levels of the customer organization
Negotiate and execute joint business plans, promotional programs, and digital marketing initiatives
Act as a trusted advisor and advocate for both the customer and internal business units
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
5-10 years of experience in eCommerce or retail account management, ideally within big-box or omnichannel environments
Strong understanding of online merchandising, digital marketing, and eCommerce operations
Proven track record of delivering growth and profitability through strategic account management
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills across all levels of the organization
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in sales forecasting, financial management, and performance reporting
