Responsibilities

Assist in parametric neutronics evaluations and/or development of complex stellarator geometry tools
The Intern will be exposed to modern computational radiation transport tools and learn how to critically read, evaluate, and utilize scientific literature

Qualification

Required

Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Nuclear Engineering, Nuclear Physics, or a closely related field
Fundamental understanding of nuclear physics or radiation-related concepts
Experience in Python or MCNP
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly in written and verbal form

Preferred

Coursework or project experience in neutronics, radiation transport, or fusion related topics
Familiarity with computational modeling or scientific simulation tools
Interest in fusion energy systems and advanced nuclear technologies
