Start in 2026 SummerCDM Smith is looking for a Geotechnical Engineering Intern to join their team in Tampa. In this role, you will assist senior engineers with subsurface investigations, calculations, analyses, and report preparation on various Geotechnical projects.
Responsibilities
Assist with subsurface investigations and oversight during construction of subsurface work
Assist senior engineers in performing calculations
Performing analyses
Preparing reports
Preparing plans and specifications
Assisting with office needs on a variety of Geotechnical projects
Qualification
Required
Currently enrolled and taking courses toward a Bachelors or Masters degree in Geotechnical or Civil Engineering is required
An appropriate and valid driver's license is required
