Drive revenue growth and market penetration for Amazon Connect solutions across healthcare customers
Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies targeting enterprise-level accounts
Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders at CxO levels
Collaborate with Solutions Architects, field teams, and Partner ecosystems to extend solution reach
Create compelling value propositions that demonstrate tangible business outcomes

Qualification

Required

5+ years of technology/software sales experience
4+ years of contact center experience, or experience in the customer service/contact center industry

Preferred

3+ years experience selling into or supporting Healthcare customers, with particular focus on Payor and Bio Pharma segments
