Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deliver new features across the full technology stack
Refine existing code for optimal performance, security, and maintainability
Automate deployments, testing, and database migrations to streamline workflows
Collaborate closely with product, underwriting, and operations teams to turn ideas into scalable solutions
Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional software engineering experience, including a minimum of 4 years with Laravel (preferably Laravel 11 or higher)
Extensive knowledge of PHP 8.x, MySQL optimization and Vue.js 2 architecture
Proven track record of ownership, accountability and delivering high-quality results
Preferred
Strong understanding of AWS cloud services a plus
Experience working with AI/ML integrations preferred
Background in fintech, insurance technology, payments, or reg-tech domains desired
