Responsibilities
Build and maintain full-stack features using TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node.js, and other modern web technologies
Work across the frontend and backend to implement reliable, scalable functionality
Collaborate with Product and Design to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences
Write maintainable code and participate in code reviews
Improve performance, reliability, and developer experience across the stack
Contribute to documentation, internal tools, and shared engineering practices
Learn from and partner with senior engineers on larger technical initiatives
Qualification
Required
Professional experience building full-stack applications, ideally in a tech startup or high-growth environment
Strong proficiency with TypeScript and experience using React and modern frontend frameworks
Familiarity with backend development using Node.js
Understanding of modern web architectures, APIs, and cloud services
Experience working with data stores such as MySQL, Redis, or similar technologies
Ability to write clean code and work within an established engineering process
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to break down requirements into clear implementation steps
Comfort working in a fast-moving remote environment with a bias toward shipping
Good communication skills - you can explain technical choices and collaborate effectively
