TES Testing Center Proctor, Accessibility
Auburn University is hiring a TES Accessibility Testing Center Proctor to support students by proctoring exams when faculty are unavailable or when accommodations are needed. The role involves assisting exam-takers, monitoring exam conditions, and ensuring the integrity of the testing process.

Responsibilities
Assists exam-takers in the testing process to include check-in, computer start up, password entry, and exam upload upon completion
Ensures students are taking only approved material to the testing area
Monitors time for students taking exams
Notifies students when time begins and ends
Assists and notifies staff and/or faculty members of any problem which may arise during the exam
Assists with troubleshooting technical issues with exam software
Maintains confidentiality of all student and exam information
Secures the integrity of the exam
Qualification
Required
Highschool diploma or equivalent
2 years of experience in administrative support, customer service, and/or academic or similar role, such as a teacher, administrator, or test administrator
Ability to learn and understand the testing process, procedures and rules
Ability to assist with resolving computer & technical issues
Must have strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Experience working with college students
Experience with Examsoft preferred but not required
