Responsibilities

Work with the Sr. PMA to assist in creating, executing, and elevating community connections through current and new partnerships
Assist with managing and monitoring of social media and website promotions to support retailers and center-specific activations
Assist in the coordination and execution of events & communication to team members, vendors, and tenants. Following up with participants after events to determine results/metrics
Participate in the collecting of rents, sales, and lease management activities as it relates to the on-site Management & PMA role
Help support new store openings by working with on-site team and corporate strategic partnership and retail productivity representatives
Provide support as needed for various marketing and management communications activities, including social media, website, and external/internal communications
Other duties as assigned

Required

High School Diploma or GED Required
Currently enrolled in College or University (Undergrad degree by Dec 2026 - May 2027 Preferred)
Self-motivated and proactive, both with respect to managing workload and own professional development
Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize work to meet deadlines
Excellent interpersonal, creative, analytical, and problem-solving ability
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously
Highly motivated to succeed in a team environment
Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Strong knowledge of social media platforms
