Responsibilities
Deliver global training programs and design technical training modules for automation systems (PLCs, SCADA, robotics)
Assess engineers’ technical knowledge, identify skill gaps, and maintain a comprehensive skills matrix for commissioning engineers
Conduct new hire training to prepare employees for project site assignments
Maintain and update training documentation to reflect technological advancements and internal standards
Provide real-time troubleshooting guidance and practical demonstrations during training sessions
Collaborate with automation engineers, project leads, and maintenance teams to ensure training aligns with operational needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Automation, or related, or equivalent work experience
Minimum of five (5) years of experience with automation systems, with prior experience training and developing technical staff
Proven experience training and developing technical staff
Strong familiarity with the commissioning process, troubleshooting methods, control system integration, and OSHA standards
Excellent communication and presentation skills for both hands-on and classroom training
Ability to assess technical competency and adapt training content accordingly
