Responsibilities
Performing analysis to inform the creation of the Footwear Network Strategy, long-term capacity planning, or a subset of product sourcing strategy including supporting coverage of Sport seasonal sourcing
Utilizing advanced optimization and scenario planning tools for strategic analysis and assessments
Leading and supporting specific strategic sourcing processes through global cross-functional collaboration
Assisting with innovation-related sourcing initiatives
Contributing to the establishment and refinement of best practices in processes and operational models
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in business, procurement, supply chain, engineering, data analytics or related field. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience and training
5+ years' work experience in supply chain or related capacity in a manufacturing, trading, or consumer goods industry
2 years' additional relevant experience in lieu of a degree
Strategic thinking and enterprise mindset
Comfortable working with ambiguity and changing demands
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to see opportunity and generate solutions
Self-motivated, with strong sense of accountability, resourcefulness, and drive. A ready mindset for continual process improvement and automation
Strong communication skills, specifically with influencing and storytelling
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and a strong sense of self-motivation and urgency
Proficiency with data automation and reporting tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Smartsheets) to support the development of innovative analytics and reporting
