They are seeking a Senior Regional Sales Account Manager to lead the development and sales of their Global Automation Line, focusing on Automated Storage & Retrieval Systems (AS/RS) products.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategies to grow automation solutions in assigned markets
Conduct site visits and audits to identify optimal equipment solutions
Prepare proposals, ROI analyses, and executive summaries for internal and external stakeholders
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers
Maintain CRM data and ensure a consistent pipeline of opportunities
Mentor and coach team members; lead training initiatives
Represent Signode at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings
Monitor market trends and maintain competitive analysis
Qualification
Required
10+ years in industrial equipment sales, including large capital projects
Strong mechanical and manufacturing aptitude
Proficiency with CRM systems, PowerBI dashboards, and MS Office
Familiarity with social media for customer engagement
