Maintain composure, negotiate, and argue effectively even in emotional and high-stress situations
Qualification
Required
Experience in family law
Ability to represent clients in prenuptial agreements
Experience attending court hearings for divorce, alimony/spousal support, and child support
Experience with sensitive legal issues such as child abuse, child custody, and domestic violence
Ability to maintain composure in emotional and high-stress situations
Strong negotiation skills
Effective argumentation skills
