Responsibilities

Sales Oversight - Manages the sales of investment products and services within a region. Directs sales outreach and marketing efforts, and monitors regional production. Provides advice on client acquisition and servicing
Business Strategy - Develops strategic business plans that aim to achieve sales goals and enhance operating efficiencies. Builds relationships with business partners to encourage a strong referral network. Collaborates with other regional leadership on aligning sales strategies with wider business objectives and ensuring a seamless transition between sales, service, and support teams
Managerial Functions - Establishes and monitors expectations to achieve company and regional goals and budget objectives. Monitors compliance, operational policies, procedures, while identifying efficiencies in order to meet objectives. Manages the performance, training, and evaluation of assigned staff. Maximizes department achievements by providing professional development and actively recruiting talent
Business Support - Leads or manages special projects within the region. Creates reports to deliver insight into sales operations and performance for senior leadership

Possess valid Series 7, 63, 65 or 66, 24 or 9/10 and state-specific life and health insurance licenses
