Responsibilities
Resolve complex support cases and provide exceptional service to our clients
Collaborate with Microsoft support to handle escalated cases and ensure timely resolution
Log time to cases, manage client communications, and maintain detailed records
Work with experts from various specialties to solve client issues and deliver comprehensive solutions
Occasionally engage in proactive or consulting projects to enhance client systems
Qualification
Required
Strong knowledge of Azure Infrastructure, networking, compute (containers / AKS), Entra, Azure SQL, ARM, AVD, Windows Server, etc
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work calmly and professionally under pressure
Confidence in problem-solving when solutions are not immediately apparent
Preferred
Experience with other Microsoft technologies such as DevOps, Sentinel, Defender, Intune, M365 and Dynamics 365
GCC experience
Relevant Microsoft certifications
Experience with Azure infrastructure and Microsoft security technologies
Previous experience at an MSP or consulting firm
