Sr. Product Manager - Data & Interoperability

CareMessage is seeking a Senior Product Manager who will be responsible for owning the strategy and execution of their Clinical Data and Interoperability verticals. This role involves building data infrastructure, leading interoperability strategies, and collaborating with various teams to meet customer needs and guide product development.

Responsibilities

Own our Clinical Data Product Vision, Strategy and Objectives
Own our Interoperability Product Vision, Strategy and Objectives
Iterate our approach to data through a deep understanding of how our product is designed to improve Health Equity
Regularly meet with stakeholders to identify and prioritize users needs, and to help our team evaluate our product roadmap priorities
Draft clear and comprehensive product requirement documents (PRDs) to clearly articulate the customer problem we are trying to solve, and how we see our product solving it
Ensure all product documentation is up-to-date and accessible
Be the point person on the Product team for answering product-related questions internally
Help solve resolve user issues and triage feedback
Collaborate with other members of the Product team to help set product goals and define success

Required

Explicit and direct experience with clinical data and interoperability
A proven track record of owning product verticals at B2B SaaS Health Technology companies in the realm of Data and Interoperability
Proven growth trajectory as a product manager: 2 or more product management roles
Demonstrated ability to self-identify and independently solve problems within a product development team (product, design, and engineering) to improve processes, collaboration, and/or team delivery
Extensive experience with healthcare data and interoperability standards (FHIR, HL7, etc.) and electronic health records

Interest in working remotely
Commitment to building and fostering diversity and inclusion within the teams you have worked with
