Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end hiring across multiple functions and levels
Build strong pipelines and proactively identify great talent
Partner closely with hiring managers to clarify needs and refine role profiles
Run an efficient, engaging interview process that reflects our values
Support onboarding by documenting expectations, workflows, and context
Strengthen recruiting operations—workflows, scorecards, and tracking tools
Contribute to employer brand efforts that showcase who we are
Use data and insights to improve speed, quality of hire, and overall process
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of TA/HR/People Operations experience, ideally with CPG or startup exposure
A natural relationship builder who communicates with warmth and clarity
Highly organized and able to prioritize multiple roles at once
Someone who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments
A thoughtful interviewer with a strong sense of talent and potential
Passion for helping people grow and building strong teams
