Responsibilities

Demonstrate deep expertise in system architecture, software development, and emerging technologies. Stay informed of industry trends and leverage this knowledge in strategic planning

Lead with empathy and understanding, inspiring people through mentorship, collaboration, and shared success

Exhibit excellent hands-on leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, guide, and inspire teams. Show a track record of leading successful engineering projects

Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Influence strategy at various levels within the organization. Create and review proposals for new technologies

Set and pursue technical goals for the team. Drive projects to completion, ensuring they meet quality standards, deadlines, and deliverables

Show adeptness in identifying, understanding, and solving complex technical problems. Pursue goals with a bias toward action, simplifying when possible, and continuous improvement

Eagerness to stay updated with the latest developments in these technologies and adapt to new tools and practices as they emerge
