Represent national and international clients in all phases of federal and state antitrust matters, including DOJ/FTC investigations, civil and class action litigation, counseling, and review and clearance of M&A transactions

Qualification

Required

Two to four years (law school class years 2021 to 2023) of government or law firm experience in antitrust (investigations/litigation, M&A/merger clearance, and/or counseling)

Excellent academic credentials

Writing and analytical skills

Active membership in the Washington, DC bar

Preferred

Antitrust experience working with the Department of Justice (DOJ) or the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) is strongly preferred

Experience with HSR matters, state attorneys general, depositions, or oral argument is a plus
