Responsibilities

Elicit, document, and manage software requirements, dependencies, and constraints across the full development lifecycle
Work closely with the technical team and customer stakeholders to ensure fidelity of engineering tasks to the business needs of the program
Produce supporting documentation to advance successful design, development, and implementation of data structures, workflows, and integrations, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with enterprise standards
Oversee full development cycle, including sprint planning, reviews, and testing
Ensure software solutions are scalable, maintainable, and consistent with enterprise standards
Handle client deliveries and reporting

Required

3-7 years of experience in requirements analysis, sprint planning, testing, and delivering technical solutions
Strong familiarity with Agile development and the Scrum framework
Strong communication and documentation skills, with proven ability to think deeply with attention to detail about technical requirements
Active TS/SCI Security Clearance with polygraph

Preferred

Big 4 consulting experience preferred
Experience with the federal government funding cycle (Planning, Programming, and Budgeting)
