Payment Manager
LHH is a leading institution in Denver looking for an energetic Payment Manager to support their Payment Support department. The role involves overseeing daily transaction processing, ensuring compliance, and leading a team dedicated to providing outstanding member service.

Responsibilities
Oversee daily processing of ACH, wire, and check transactions
Ensure compliance with NACHA, Federal Reserve, and other relevant regulations
Manage, train, and develop Payment Support staff
Act as subject matter expert for payment operations
Respond to member and internal requests, disputes, and escalations
Drive process improvements and support technology upgrades
Prepare reports and assist with regulatory audits
Collaborate with other departments and partners to resolve issues
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in ACH, wire, or check processing
3+ years of staff management experience
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Preferred
AAP certification
Degree in business, finance, or related field
