Responsibilities
Provide vertical and client insights that inform multi-year strategy and investment themes
Synthesize client usage, market research, competitive analysis, and client feedback into actionable insights
Own specific payment verticals, helping to define and deliver success of PayNearMe and our clients in the vertical
Lead discovery on new product features and capabilities to help drive growth within the defined vertical and across the organization
Partner with Product Managers to help align roadmaps across the core platform
Engage with strategic clients to understand needs, validate opportunities, and influence direction
Communicate product vision and priorities and how they connect to the product vision, across teams and stakeholders
Collaborate with GTM teams to support strategic initiatives and market positioning
While not responsible for delivery of the features contained within the roadmap, work with the GTM teams on positioning and pricing of new features based on market needs and trends
Provide thought leadership on industry trends and emerging opportunities
Qualification
Required
8+ years of product management experience, including strategic or platform-level work
Strong understanding of market dynamics in fintech, payments, bill pay, or related industries
Excellent communication and influencing skills, especially with senior leadership
Proven ability to drive clarity, make strategic tradeoffs, and align teams
Strong analytical skills and experience interpreting market data and client insights
Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for solving complex, cross-functional problems
