Responsibilities

Lead and direct one or more project teams engaged in the design, implementation and modification of software development projects. Prepares project execution plan and identifies appropriate technical and business resources needed for the team

Collaborate with internal product and engineering team and government stakeholders to shape product direction and ensure requirements are met

Collaborate with the development team to plan, task, and execute sprint iterations and be able to get hands-on with the software team during development and testing cycles

Interface with end users to conduct user story interviews, continue application requirements decomposition, and articulate user stories and requirements to development team

Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet technical and scope requirements of the assignment

Ensure alignment across cross functional teams and lead regular progress reviews

Manage scope, change control, and risks

Mentor technical staff and foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and continuous learning

Required

4 years relevant progressive experience with Bachelors in related field; 2 years relevant progressive experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 8 years relevant progressive experience

Relevant industry certifications (as applicable)

Prior experience using AFSOC scheduling systems such as PEX or GTIMS

Familiarity with Envision and ARTEMIS

Proficiency with specialized tools or software aligned to the role

Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams

Active Secret government security clearance required to start
