Owns functional area development/implementation, design, solution, arch
Experience mentoring junior developers
Creating/maintaining documentation for architecture
Driving the technical discussions & provide solutions
Deep understanding across business domains, thinks in terms of the whole business
Provide /Improve customer experience / performance with relevant solutions
Should be able to work as an onshore Tech Lead, coordinating with Product Owner & other stakeholders
Drive and mentor offshore team
Qualification
Required
Android Kotlin, Compose, Test Driven Development
Hands-on experience in mobile development, Agile-scrum or Kanban development methodology
Experience in playing Onsite /offshore Lead Role
Exposure to Mobile Architecture best practices
Exposure to Mobile Deployment process
Owns functional area development/implementation, design, solution, arch
Experience mentoring junior developers
Creating/maintaining documentation for architecture
Driving the technical discussions & provide solutions
Deep understanding across business domains, thinks in terms of the whole business
Provide /Improve customer experience / performance with relevant solutions
Should be able to work as an onshore Tech Lead, coordinating with Product Owner & other stakeholders
Drive and mentor offshore team
Preferred
Knowledge on IOS (Swift/SwiftUI) development is a plus
