Responsibilities

Lead multi-functional development teams for various system HW sub-systems: flex-PCBAs, PCBAs, development boards
Manage and track engineering development schedules and budgets
Identify and prioritize project tasks and risks
Drive deliveries and issues with global suppliers, integrate their work and schedules into the project, communicate status and the big picture to the project team & management
Synchronize the project with the Apple development process

Qualification

BS EE/CE/ME degreeTechnical backgroundProject Management experienceMechatronics backgroundProactive problem-solverCommunication skillsOrganizational skillsDetail-oriented

Required

BS EE/CE/ME degree required
Project Management experience
Relevant industry experience
Flexibility to collaborate with global teams spread across multiple timezones
Ability to travel - domestic & international

Preferred

Strong technical background in either EE or ME. Mechatronics background is a plus
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, inquisitive, able to effectively manage complex scenarios while maintaining a high quality work product
Self-motivated and proactive problem-solver
