Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements and user stories for digital lending and onboarding applications
Partner with Senior Product Managers to refine and prioritize product backlogs
Translate business needs into functional specifications and ensure alignment with technical teams
Support Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
Participate in testing and validation of solutions to ensure they meet business and user expectations
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the product lifecycle

Required

Proven experience as a BSA in the banking or financial services industry
Hands-on experience with digital lending platforms and customer onboarding solutions
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams
Ability to work collaboratively with Product Managers and other stakeholders
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and other Agile project management platforms
