Director/ExecutiveConcepta LLC is a fast-growing, nine-figure DTC company focused on cosmetics and supplements. They are seeking a General Manager to partner with the Founder and CEO to build and scale a non-Amazon DTC powerhouse, taking full ownership of P&L and strategy while leading a team.

Responsibilities
Build and scale a non-Amazon DTC powerhouse (via Meta/TikTok)
Take full ownership of P&L, Strategy and team forging
Treat this as your own business and understand the importance of ownership
Expand the market to other platforms with prior experience in multiple performance marketing channels
Lead and manage a nutraceuticals/supplement industry business
Grow brands from zero to hero, preferably from start-ups
Make decisions based on data and metrics
Qualification
Required
Proven track record of scaling a DTC/E-commerce business (preferably supplements, beauty, or CPG/FMCG) from an early stage to at least $50M+ in Revenue
P&L responsibility and ownership, over everything not just marketing or media
Experience and deep understanding with performance marketing channels (primarily MetaAds) and paid media
Team forging, leadership and management, you will be given freedom to make your teams but also responsibility and ownership over them and their performance metrics
Smart Budget management and resource allocation, you will be the one who scales all those campaigns so wise and strategic spendings are imperative
Deep understanding of consumer culture that will serve as a foundation for decision making
