They are seeking a hands-on AI YouTube Video Editor to produce and publish videos for multiple international YouTube channels, leveraging AI tools to maximize efficiency and creativity while managing the entire content production pipeline.

Responsibilities
Produce high-quality videos from start to finish using AI-powered tools and Adobe Premiere Pro
Script implementation
AI or simple human voice-over generation
Video editing and motion design
Thumbnail creation and optimization
Utilize AI content creation tools such as Runway, Midjourney (Video), ElevenLabs or similar to enhance efficiency and creativity
Maintain consistent publishing schedules and collaborate with the team to ensure smooth production workflow
Apply strong storytelling instincts to deliver engaging content
Learn and apply basic YouTube best practices (CTR, watch time, SEO)
Analyze performance data and competitor benchmarks under guidance
Contribute to building scalable production workflows for launching new channels
Participate in discussions about new content ideas, target markets and channel optimization strategies
Qualification
Required
Produce high-quality videos from start to finish using AI-powered tools and Adobe Premiere Pro
Script implementation
AI or simple human voice-over generation
Video editing and motion design

Utilize AI content creation tools such as Runway, Midjourney (Video), ElevenLabs or similar to enhance efficiency and creativity

Highly autonomous, organized and proactive
High proficiency video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro required; After Effects / motion graphics is a plus)
Proven experience with top-tier AI content creation tools such as Runway, Midjourney (Video), ElevenLabs or similar
Comfortable working with AI-generated voice-overs (no human VO required)
Strong storytelling instincts and curiosity for global media trends
Fluent in English
Reliable high-speed internet connection (speed test may be required)
Preferred
Learn and apply basic YouTube best practices (CTR, watch time, SEO)
