Responsibilities
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a core area of Checkmate’s platform
Drive end-to-end product development — from ideation and prioritization to launch, iteration, and growth
Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, and leadership to align on goals and deliver results
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data to identify opportunities, measure success, and inform decisions
Lead cross-functional teams with clear communication, structure, and accountability
Advocate for users at every step of the process while balancing company priorities
Establish KPIs and success metrics for product initiatives, and iterate based on performance
Foster a culture of innovation, experimentation, and rapid learning
Qualification
Required
Experience in product management or product lead roles
Strong understanding of product development processes
Ability to analyze quantitative and qualitative data
Experience leading cross-functional teams
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Proven track record of delivering successful product initiatives
Ability to balance user needs with business goals and technical feasibility
Experience in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmap
