HWIL Systems Integration & Test Engineer, Deputy Team Lead - Dallas
Lockheed Martin is a leader in aerospace and defense, and they are seeking a HWIL RFS PC Deputy Team Lead for their RF Sensors Product Center HWIL team. This role involves guiding the architecture, design, integration, and testing of complex HWIL simulation subsystems while supporting cross-disciplinary engineering efforts.

Responsibilities
Architect, design, integrate, and test complex HWIL simulation subsystems
Oversee system analyses that support HWIL modeling and simulation
Provide technical oversight of subcontractor vendors
Lead Agile task planning and execution as the team Product Owner
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline
Active Secret Clearance Required
Experience architecting, design, and integrating simulation capabilities in HWIL labs
Experience integrating and testing RF Sensors
Experience using RF Test Equipment including Network Analyzers, Spectrum Analyzers, and Oscilloscopes
Experience in Subcontractor Supplier Management
Ability to travel to LM MFC in Orlando to support HWIL capability integration
Preferred
Master's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
Experience in Team Leadership and Cost Account Management (CAM)
Experience with Systems Engineering Technical Review (SETR) process including working through System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), and Critical Design Review (CDR)
Experience integrating real-time models into a closed-loop simulation
