Responsibilities
Technical lead and Engineer of Record for planning, modeling, analysis, and design of public works infrastructure projects with a focus on wet utilities (e.g.: wastewater collection & conveyance systems, water distribution & facilities, water and wastewater treatment, master planning, etc.)
Prepare construction drawings and permit applications; this involves coordinating design activities with other design disciplines, researching materials & equipment, and providing support to colleagues in the water/wastewater and municipal market sectors
Interact and coordinate with municipal clients to ensure their project goals and needs are satisfied
Additional tasks may be assigned, as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in an Engineering-oriented discipline (preferably a BS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering); recent graduates are encouraged to apply!
Professional Engineer (PE) License
Minimum of 5 years of design and project management experience
Preferred
Proficiency with engineering tools, experience with (AutoCAD Civil 3D, WaterCAD and WaterGEMS) is a plus!
Proficiency on all standard Microsoft Office software applications (especially Word, Excel, and Outlook)
Proven ability to work in a team environment with minimal supervision while displaying a positive attitude
Excellent organizational skills, especially with a proven ability to work in a self-motivated manner while effectively multi-tasking and prioritizing multiple assignments
Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
