Responsibilities
Act as a liaison between the R&D team and Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams
Translate technical requirements and feedback between teams to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
Assist in the deployment and operationalization of complex cloud security solutions
Ensure all components are functioning effectively and integrated smoothly
Utilize strong analytical skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly
Prioritize tasks efficiently to ensure timely resolution of high-impact issues
Maintain a pleasant and professional relationship with all stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding
Provide expert guidance and support to Field Sales Engineers and Customer Success teams to enhance customer satisfaction
Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in cloud security
Provide technical insights and recommendations to improve product features and performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Proven experience as a Solution Architect, preferably in the cloud security domain
Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and security solutions
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex systems and processes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for building strong relationships
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
Preferred
Certifications in cloud security or related fields (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP))
