The Customer Service Membership Representative will assist with the renewal of annual memberships, retention and recruitment of SEMI members, and address membership-related inquiries while maintaining strong relationships with existing members.

Reach out to existing expired members
Respond to Incoming member interest forms
Set appointments for Director of Membership presentations to non-member companies that have attended recent SEMI Events
Conduct check-in calls on near future expiring members
Meet required number of member contact attempts to contact per shift
Qualification
Preferred
Great customer service skills
Strong communications skills
Working knowledge of Microsoft office & Outlook- (experience using Teams a plus)
