The Audit Senior Associate will manage audit engagements, supervise staff, and develop client relationships while contributing to process improvements within the audit team.

Responsibilities
Manage audit, review, and compilation engagements across a diverse portfolio of clients
Supervise and review staff work, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Conduct fieldwork, perform audit testing, and prepare detailed audit findings
Research complex accounting issues and propose practical recommendations
Build and maintain trusted client relationships
Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the audit team
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
3+ years of public accounting experience focused in audit/assurance
Experience managing or reviewing other staff (“in-charge” or equivalent)
Strong understanding of GAAP, audit methodology, and internal controls
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills
Commitment to teamwork and client service excellence
Preferred
CPA or CPA candidate preferred
