Graytitude is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Personal Lines Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join their team. The role involves managing a portfolio of personal lines accounts, ensuring policy accuracy, timely processing, and delivering exceptional client service.

Responsibilities
Manage and service a designated portfolio of personal lines clients, including auto, home, and umbrella policies
Process renewals, endorsements, cancellations, and billing inquiries accurately and promptly
Provide professional guidance on coverage options and policy recommendations
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and carriers for underwriting, claims, and policy servicing
Maintain accurate client records in the agency management system
Deliver responsive, courteous, and professional customer service
Assist with daily office operations, including greeting visitors, managing mail, and maintaining common areas
Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth workflows and optimal client satisfaction
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 2 years' experience in personal lines insurance account management
Comprehensive knowledge of personal insurance products and carrier systems
Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
Preferred
Massachusetts Property & Casualty license
