Responsibilities

Write, edit, and proofread cybersecurity assessment reports, including penetration tests, vulnerability assessments, cloud reviews, web/mobile assessments, and risk assessments
Translate complex technical findings into clear, client-ready language tailored to both technical and non-technical audiences
Create structured executive summaries with clear risk ratings, impact statements, and prioritized remediations
Develop and maintain report templates, style guides, content libraries, screenshots, diagrams, and recurring components
Ensure all deliverables follow branding, formatting, and quality standards across the organization
Collaborate with technical teams to keep templates updated with current methodologies and terminology
Collaborate with our internal development team to implement reporting formats, designs and templates within our Velocity platform
Collaborate with our internal sales team to implement SOW and RFP formats, designs and templates
Create narrated video summaries for clients outlining key findings, risks, and recommendations
Edit and produce high-quality video content using screen capture, graphics, animations, or voiceover tools
Manage a repeatable, scalable video-production workflow
Maintain an updated library of anonymized example deliverables for sales, marketing, and training use
Ensure samples accurately represent the company's service offerings and reporting standards
Manage and maintain the internal reporting system or platform (e.g., report generators, CMS, or custom toolsets)
Assist in implementing workflows, templates, tagging, automation, and version control
Identify areas for efficiency improvement and coordinate system updates or enhancements

Required

North Carolina-based candidate
Strong understanding of cybersecurity terminology, common vulnerabilities, penetration testing methodologies, and assessment workflows
Exceptional writing, editing, and information-design skills, including technical translation skills for non-technical audiences
Experience producing high-quality technical documentation or client reports
Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Canva, or similar)
Ability to produce professional video walkthroughs using tools such as Camtasia, OBS Studio, or Adobe Premiere
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously

Preferred

Prior experience in a cybersecurity services, consulting, or MSSP environment
Understanding of frameworks such as OWASP, MITRE ATT&CK, CIS Controls, NIST CSF, PCI-DSS, etc
Experience with markdown, documentation generators, or automated reporting platforms
Technical knowledge of networks, cloud environments, web applications, or mobile ecosystems
Multilingual- English and Spanish
