Responsibilities

Partner Marketing Strategies: As a key leader within the OCI Partnerships organization, be responsible for developing and executing partner marketing strategies to support the growth and success of our product integrations
Partner Programs: Establish marketing programs that can scale across an ecosystem of partners with tiers based on partner type, size and engagement level
MDFs & Budgets: Develop and management budgets for partner marketing initiatives, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources that drive significant ROI
Marketing Campaigns: Create and manage a portfolio of marketing campaigns and activations including events, webinars, etc
XFN Collaboration: Build and maintain trust with key internal and external stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. Work closely with sales team to support partner driven sales opportunity and drive revenue growth
Team Leadership: Lead a team of marketing professionals, provide guidance, mentorship and support to ensure the team’s success
Performance/Data Oriented: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of all activities, using data to inform future strategies and implementations

Required

10+ years of experience in marketing
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in developing and executing partner marketing strategies

Experience in creating and managing marketing campaigns and activations
Ability to build and maintain trust with key internal and external stakeholders
Experience in leading a team of marketing professionals
Ability to monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities using data
