Responsibilities
The candidate will be a member of a multi-site K&S team that develops and sustains semiconductor assembly equipment
The successful incumbent will be responsible for the design, development, documentation and testing of mechanical subsystems that is part of a high-performance semiconductor assembly machine under development
He / She will take a leading role in communicating with our development partner and coordinating the joint development activities in the mechanical and mechatronic area
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree
Experience in mechanical design and development
Ability to document and test mechanical subsystems
Experience in semiconductor assembly equipment
Strong communication skills for coordinating with development partners
Experience in joint development activities in mechanical and mechatronic areas
