This role involves managing and optimizing EDI systems, ensuring compliance with business requirements, and leading implementation projects while providing technical support and training to internal teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee set up, maintenance, configuration of partner integrations

Ensure optimal performance through routine system monitoring

Implement EDI standards and new transaction types based on business and partner requirements

Evaluate EDI process for opportunities to improve and streamline data flows for optimal efficiency and ease-of-use

Participate and lead EDI implementation initiatives and projects

Work closely with SAP team and EDI providers

Work closely with 3PL and other EDI stakeholders

Develop and maintain data maps and transaction sets

Analyze and transform data

Ensure accuracy and compliance

Provide technical support, trouble shooting and incident handling

Train internal teams in processes and systems

Enhance team’s abilities to resolve EDI issues independently
