Shape delivery best practices while staying actively engaged in the technical details of client projects
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
3+ years of experience in a project/program management role leading cross functional teams with waterfall and agile methodologies for software implementation
Experience in supply chain transportation and logistics best business practices
Experience in transportation management or supply chain software implementation
Proficiency with MS Office and high overall IT competence
Proven ability to lead and successfully manage cross-functional project teams
Experience delivering end-to-end software applications with cross-functional teams through full project cycle of design, installation, configuration, testing/UAT, training, deployment and hyper-care
Strong willingness and ability to be hands-on in delivery: supporting configuration, data validation, and testing activities alongside the team
Comfortable and capable operating in a start-up environment where ownership, adaptability, and direct involvement in project execution are key to success
Collaborative mindset with a passion for improving processes, business development, mentoring others, and contributing to the growth of the broader organization—not just the success of individual projects
Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and drive alignment on strategic goals
Preferred
Degree in Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, with a concentration in Supply Chain Management
5+ years of experience in transportation management or supply chain software implementation, including direct involvement in software setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of the logistics and supply chain market. Including experience leading the delivery of SaaS enterprise solutions enabling transportation management and/or supply chain network optimization business processes
