Responsibilities
Conduct psychological assessments for outpatient and chronic pain programs
Provide individual and group therapy focused on wellness, resilience, and pain coping strategies
Deliver behavioral interventions grounded in CBT, ACT, mindfulness, and other evidence-based modalities
Facilitate group sessions on stress management, wellness, and chronic pain education
Prepare clinical documentation, reports, and treatment plans
Collaborate closely with physicians, physical therapists, and behavioral health professionals
Qualification
Required
California Licensed Psychologist (PhD/PsyD – required)
Experience with evidence-based therapies (CBT, ACT, DBT, mindfulness, biofeedback)
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred
Background in chronic pain, behavioral medicine, or health psychology
Spanish bilingual a plus, but not required
