Responsibilities

Partner with leaders, turning insights into impact, and helping build a culture where high-performing teams thrive
Drive the acceleration of business growth and amplification of Oracle’s culture through organizational and talent strategies
Develop multi-year organizational and talent strategies, lead organizational change management, spearhead local and global initiatives and maximize impact and scale for the organization
Collaborate with executives to identify needs, prioritize, and lead efforts to enable employees to do their best work in service to our customers
Execute the annual talent strategy and people plans
Drive organizational transformation as this role is critical in supporting the growth and success in a highly competitive and fast-paced industry

Required

10+ years of experience in Human Resources
